Why is the app so bad and customer support so apathetic. this is a very very very expensive program. THIS APP IS AWFUL! sound goes out, freezes frame, etc. I have installed, in-installed and repeated this cycle now ten times. Update: 6 months later decided to try again. The program when working is great, but this cost too much money for this many errors.

I have an iPhone 7 Plus that is up to date with all current updates. Zero help from customer service other than stating check your phone. Second time I have had to install, uninstall, reinstall, and reload all the chapters (which takes about 6 hours). Just practice each lesson every day and you will certainly make progress. As Sonia says, you must practice in order to learn. Be sure to find someone to practice with, either online or in person, so you can put into actual practice what you learn with this course. I tried other programs such as Duolingo and Berlitz, and now I found a language program where I am making solid progress. I’m excited to start learning other languages as well. I’m working hard to complete my learning of Spanish so I can use it with locals as well as on travel. The app appears to work fine on my iPhone Xs. I like the rigor of typing the Spanish phrases as it re-enforces learning. I login via website for learning, and also use the app when traveling about, as it provides access to the entire program, including flash cards and audio.
